Description
– Development of complete systems (shipbuilding, aerospace and automotive) – Developing an understanding of customer challenges and solution strategies – Development of new consulting models – Full responsibility for challenging customer projects and team leadership – Driving the company’s development through knowledge feedback and new methods – Co-creation of corporate strategies and realisation of customer trainings
– Completed studies in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar field (M.Sc., Diploma or Dr.) – Experienced management consultant or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the industry – First entrepreneurial responsibility as part of your past role(s) – Very good German and English language skills – Strong communication skills, structured work, ability to work in a team and social skills characterise you – High customer orientation and willingness to travel (four to five days per week, with a team day in Lüneburg and occasional trips abroad)
