Building the technology of the future requires talented people like you! We need to grow the Electronics/EMC team by incorporating an experienced person. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities. We are building a solution to help customers, so the best way to learn from them is to work closely to them.

  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. Provide expert EMC consultation and troubleshooting support to customers
  • Analyze electronic systems (PCB, schematic, mechanics, requirements, test plans, and reports…) to make EMC assessments.
  • Conduct EMC (pre)compliance testing to support the customer in their journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech) to improve our service offering
  • Help drive innovation in EMC testing and solution methodologies

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation in the EMC field.

Required Qualifications

  • Background in Electronics Engineering or related field. Title is not important, electronics should be your passion and you should have some obsession with EMC.
  • 5+ Years experience in Hardware Design and Development
  • Demonstrated experience in EMC testing and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of EMC standards and compliance requirements. You do not need to know all the standards, just be willing to navigate through them to support with customers.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity, putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their pains and needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with pre-compliance testing equipment
  • Knowledge of international EMC standards (FCC, CE…)
  • Experience in technical sales or customer support
  • Project management experience
