  • Develop and execute a global leadership development strategy that aligns with our overall business strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across our Business Units
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Development teams in our Business Units and HR business partners providing insights and recommendations on talent management, succession planning and leadership development needs
  • Design and deliver leadership development initiatives, including team workshops, coaching programs, diagnostic tools
  • Further develop our leadership training offers together with the HR teams of our Business Units, external vendors, consultants, and academic institutions
  • Steer and further develop the annual leadership review process, succession planning for our leaders as well as the global development dialog in SAP SuccessFactors

  • Academic degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in leadership development, leadership training, or talent management roles, preferably in a global or multinational organization
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful leadership development programs and leadership trainings
  • Sound knowledge of the market of external vendors, consultants, and academic institutions for leadership development and training
  • Proficiency in successfully planning and rolling out projects
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working across diverse regions and geographies
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience in change management or in moderating workshops is a plus
