About the Role:n

nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels such as email, social media, and digital advertising. Your expertise will drive demand generation programs, optimize paid channels, and manage impactful outbound activities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align strategies with our business goals and ensure a unified customer experience.nn

  • nMinimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with proven track record in B2B demand generation.nn

  • nHands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Pipedrive) and performance marketing on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.nn

  • nPrevious experience growing a B2B technical product, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.nn

  • nExcellent project management skills, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to make structured, data-driven decisions.nn

  • nCreativity in developing innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns.nn

  • nFluency in both German and English at a business level.nn
