Key job responsibilities
– You are an integral part of the decision-making process regarding hiring, contract extensions and termination of employment within the company.
– You analyze internal dashboards to create reports on key metrics for the managers at your location.
– You are the point of contact for managers on site to discuss issues such as absence, staffing and employee satisfaction.
– You lead a team of HR Associate Partners with predefined strategies and help them organize their daily tasks and priorities.
– You support employees in developing their performance and work quality by developing coaching plans together with partner teams.
– You help to find solutions to employee issues such as complaints, appeals and disciplinary issues. You delegate escalation cases to partner teams as required.
– You ensure that the team at the site works properly and adheres to their predefined SLAs. You discuss with managers how the site can be improved for the benefit of employees
– You take responsibility for implementing projects and promoting progress in achieving company goals
– You are the representative of HR management at the site
– You take responsibility for coordinating with the local works council to promote positive employee relations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– A university degree or comparable professional qualification.
– Experience in a position as an HR generalist.
– Advanced written and spoken German and English skills (CEFR: C1).
– Experience in working with works councils / interest groups.
– Experience in team management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience with regular report creation and data analysis.
– An affinity for working with IT systems; able to analyze multiple online dashboards to pull information.
– Experience communicating with, and influencing, various stakeholders, including peers and management.
