JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Operation and further development of our entire HR system landscape (SAP SuccessFactors, H4/S4, HCM Payroll, Cytric Travel & Expense, Aconso Personal File, …)
/ Evaluation and implementation of new HXM / HCM applications incl. integration architectures to drive digitalization of HR
/ Support future-proof interface architectures & standards considering the group-wide IT strategy
/ Continuously contribute to the improvement of ways of working, processes, procedures and technologies within own team, department and area of responsibility
YOUR SKILLS
/ Degree with focus on (business) informatics, business administration or HR management or commercial/technical training with several years of professional experience
/ Experience in implementation projects, preferably in the area of SuccessFactors or other HR systems
/ Sound knowledge of SAP HCM/H4/S4 and SAP SuccessFactors operations, ideally supplemented by SAP SAC and SAP CI knowledge
/ Affinity for cloud-based solutions and solid technical architectural understanding of common SAP interface topologies and protocols
/ Open and positive mindset
/ Independent and self driven
/ Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
