Our software offers flexible features for invitation management, participant registration, check-in, and much more. Our customers include DAX-30 corporations as well as event agencies and sole proprietorships. In addition, we use our API to provide tailor-made web solutions for a wide range of customer requirements.

  • Design, planning and implementation of web projects in the area of digital participant management (SaaS)
  • Central interface between our customers and our design and development team to handle projects efficiently and purposefully
  • Profound advice and customer management, including requirements analysis, preparation of offers, budget control and time and resource planning
  • Quality management including testing from concept to go-live

  • Completed studies in business administration, computer science, business informatics or comparable education
  • At least seven years of experience in project management of web or software projects, ideally in the areas of participant management, event technologies, apps and virtual events
  • Experience in working with large companies including stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of current web technologies as well as basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and databases
