Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Ensure excellence in executing all Finishing and Sample Competence Center (SCC) related processes and activities in line with the internal and external customer expectations and priorities considering the available resources while caring the wellbeing, motivation and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a proper planning and coordination considering the capacity requests from Internal and External Customers
- Own end-to-end processes and projects within the area of Finishing and SCC
- Ensure proper and timely delivery of all necessary samples aligned with requested dates, locations, and conditions
- Lead on-site Finishing and SCC teams by operational and disciplinary means
- Ensure the Compliance, Health, and Safety of the team and the department according to the adidas Global Standard
- Care the well-being, development, and motivation of the team
- Act as SPOC for related project implementation as well as collaboration with other departments
- Responsible for ordering, taking available resources into account
- Develop and optimize capacity and resources optimization
- Support decision-making for ongoing projects
- Promote and coordinate collaboration between Finishing/SCC, adiLab, M2M and shoe production
- Own the Performance KPIs and spending against the forecasted budget and report accordingly

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good knowledge of supply chain mechanics and flow of goods from sourcing to customer
- Operational and cost-focused mindset with strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines through effective planning, organization, and delegation
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College or university degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus in supply chain management
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in a Supply Chain Management function
- Competent user in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in both English and German (oral and written)
