We’re inviting a customer-centric, seasoned, and results-oriented business leader to join our top-tier pet parasiticides business, to envision and actualize the future of pet parasiticides in collaboration with our global R&D, Operations, and local businesses.   • In your new role, you will work closely with global, cross-functional leaders and local marketing leaders to develop an industry-leading innovation pipeline aligned with the Global Pet Parasiticides strategy.
  • You will lead cross-functional initiatives to gather customer insights, identify innovation opportunities and understand market trends for pet parasiticides.
  • Furthermore, you will conduct global business case assessments and provide clear pipeline recommendations, considering market attractiveness, customer needs, competitive landscape, and financial evaluation.
  • In addition, you will collaborate with R&D and operations teams to translate customer needs into winning product profiles and drive new product launches.
  • Collaborating with NexGard and FRONTLINE teams to spearhead opportunity sizing and champion project decisions taking smart risks, will also be part of your responsibilities
  • Additionally, you will represent the business at executive governance forums, (co-)leading presentations and driving project decisions.
  • Finally, you will lead lifecycle management activities, launch teams, and collaborate with the Pet Para Leadership Team on strategic planning and long-term forecasting.

  • Master’s degree in business (MBA preferred) or Marketing. Additional qualifications in Veterinary Medicine or Life Sciences of advantage
  • Several years of experience in local marketing/business segment management, including P&L responsibility
  • Many years of experience with demonstrated performance in pipeline/portfolio management, consulting or global strategic marketing with applied portfolio management
  • Deep knowledge of the animal health industry – pet parasiticides market experience a plus
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a focus on generating customer insights, creating business cases, and financial modeling
  • Robust executive presence and the ability to effectively influence decisions with senior stakeholders in an international and cross-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous
