Purpose:
- Lead the creation and delivery of impactful trainer-led programs that elevate Selling & Service skills across adidas retail stores globally.
- This role is pivotal in driving behavioral change and fostering a culture of feedback and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging learning programs for District Managers, Store Managers, and Retail Trainers.
- Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to develop relevant, high-impact content.
- Drive a culture of feedback and coaching, ensuring programs align with retail competencies.
- Act as the global point of contact for trainer-led capability programs, ensuring best practices are shared across markets.
- Continuously measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Key Skills:
- Expertise in adult learning and program design
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years in retail leadership; 5+ years in retail training.
- Experience in global, matrixed environments preferred.
- Proficiency in virtual training tools.
