We are looking for a

(Senior) Manager Strategic Projects (m/f/d)

to join our team. This position is limited to 2 years.

  • Manages and drives high value strategic pro­jects for the CALID group on a national and inter­natio­nal top manage­ment level from conception phase to imple­men­tation
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, identifying root causes and develop solutions in close colla­bo­ration with cross-functional teams and business leaders
  • Acts as a business partner to the func­tio­nal areas and supports their project manage­ment effort
  • Take over responsi­bility for the delivery of own cross-functional projects
  • Develops and maintains an over­view of strategic initiatives and the resulting “project pipeline- creating an overview of inter­depen­dencies among strategic projects
  • Prepare top manage­ment presen­tations and moderate manage­ment meetings
  • Part of the M&A and Business Development (Strategy) team, driving the transformation of a life sciences tools and diagnostics leading company

  • Degree in business admin­is­tration (Bachelor / Master/ Diploma) or similar specia­li­zation
  • At least 3 – 6 years professional experience in a renowned con­sul­ting company with focus on the MedTech/Life Science/Micro­bio­logy & Diag­nos­tics industry or in a compa­rable position in an inter­national company
  • Hands-on ex­pe­rience of mana­ging complex projects in the fields of strategy development and imple­mentation and business trans­for­mation
  • Experience in Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects and/or exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manage­ment topics in the life science industry would be beneficial
  • Strategic and business-oriented mind-set
  • Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and “out-of-the-box- thinking
  • Driven individual, who has demon­strated working effec­tively in an inter­national environ­ment and bringing teamwork skills
  • Fluent English skills required, German speaking may be an advantage
