Genmab has initiated multiple digital initiatives across multiple regions to accelerate commercial readiness for upcoming drug launches across three primary markets and emerging markets. On the journey to build digital commercial capabilities Genmab IT&D has adopted a highly customer centric, product oriented operating model in building and evolving digital capabilities and has invested in cutting edge technology platforms to speed up go to market for external and internal facing digital products, and in this journey Genmab welcomes passionate product leaders to join the global commercialization team to build and manage top notch digital experience for Genmab patients and customers. Genmab is looking to hire a dynamic, hands-on IT & Digital Technology Lead who will be an extremely passionate leader about building the digital experience and omnichannel capabilities within Genmab for a multi-brand, multi-region, multi-vendor setup. This role is for Copenhagen, Denmark or Utrecht, Netherlands. Responsibilities Responsible for technical design, technical implementation of one or multiple products and closely partner with the Product Manager, product architect and product owner to ensure alignment to business needs. Works with product Engineering team under Genmab’s product engineering governance model to ensure technical implementations are aligned to all engineering best practices, including architecture design, information security, ease of use, scalability, and ease of maintenance. Guides teams on technology, data, security, and application architecture in cohesion with overall strategy, technical standards, and evolution of the solution architecture  Partners with Product Managers in ensuring teams are building reusable and scalable components across products. Ensures platforms are in line with security and data governance frameworks. Addresses non-functional technical requirements related to performance and maintainability for products and platforms. Mentors and coaches technical team members within Genmab and across Genmab partner community (e.g., developers) Collaborates with Engineering team to adapt and help adapt architectural best practices to engineering reality Always stays up to date with market trends, especially around the technological evolution of the salesforce ecosystem and digital marketing technologies. Works with developers by seeking to identify platform opportunities within the BU and at the enterprise to drive opportunities and maintain optimally sized teams. This role will have day-to-day management of our Salesforce technical team including team members from onshore and offshore. This role will actively supervise programmatic elements, Integration, Data Migration and need to have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, and intermediate level understanding of integrations, single sign on, security, etc. Knowledge of MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools is a huge plus point.  This role will collaborate with Genmab partners deliver Salesforce technology implementation of Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Copado CICD and Salesforce CRM. This technology lead will be an active lead contributor in the development of customized components, so we’re looking for candidates who can get their hands dirty and jump in and write code, if necessary, around Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front end web technologies, salesforce APIs etc. We can hire for this role in Copenhagen Denmark or Utrecht, Netherlands as long as you are located near a Genmab office and are willing and able to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of the time.  Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent academic curriculum Excellent written and verbal communication with abilities to translate complex business problems and requirements into technology design. Has a very strong product engineering mindset and  12 years IT experience5+ years of hands-on experience with salesforce community cloud, experience cloud, salesforce marketplace products and salesforce APIs 5+ years of experience working with digital marketing technologies like google analytics, email marketing tools, email studios, cookie management tools, accessibility tools. 5+ years of experience working as a technology lead within a multi-vendor environment overseeing vendor engineering teams 5+ years of experience drafting technical design documents and reviewing tech design and code. 5+ experience working in an agile DevOps environment using JIRA/Confluence/Gitlab like setup 3+ years of hands-on experience working with COPADO CICD within a DevOps setup 3+ years of hands-on experience setting up SDLC automations within salesforce environment. Has hands on experience developing and integrating digital products like branded websites, non-branded websites, web apps, portals using content management systems and distributed architecture model including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS setups and build based on business need and can wear the hats for both architect and technology lead roles as per need. Has a clear in-depth understanding of digital DevOps, CICD pipeline, DevSecOps and Cloud technologies along with a solid understanding of salesforce product suite and their interoperability. Must have one of the following certifications salesforce experience cloud/salesforce application architect/ salesforce system architect/salesforce development architect and deployment architect/salesforce technical architect Equally capable of speaking technology and business language. Great team player with strong leadership qualities and sharp negotiation skills  Pharma/ Life Sciences experience preferredAbout YouYou are passionate about our purpose and genuinely care about our mission to transform the lives of patients through innovative cancer treatmentYou bring rigor and excellence to all that you do.
