We are looking for you – fulltime (40h/week) at the earliest date possible – in our headquarters in Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich, or Leipzig as a (Senior) Product Coach / Product Discovery Coach (m/f/d)

Your Mission

  • You facilitate our product discovery efforts based on a holistic business model- and innovation-driven mindset, converging them with an efficient product delivery in order to develop inspiring and successful products that our customers love.
  • As an integral part of the Discovery Circle, which is one out of four management circles at Verivox, you are working towards identifying new and shaping existing business models of our products or services and detecting the biggest risks and opportunities.
  • You operatively support the teams in undertaking discoveries to get from the idea to the output over to impact and to derive the key metrics and business cases to facilitate a data- and impact-driven decision-making process.
  • You keep track of all running discoveries and ideas and organize the Discovery Circle activities to ensure the best results for the company.
  • You help the product teams to focus on generating impact rather than only output by creating value for our customers, while never losing sight of our company goals and strategy.
  • You identify the key drivers for an agile mindset and develop strategies to promote them within the company.
  • You create, validate and challenge ideas by applying diverse methods, principles and tools in Lean Startup, Design Thinking etc., while enabling, coaching and mentoring others on how to use them.
  • You moderate workshops and learning sessions around topics such as product discovery, customer journey and story mapping, etc., and include stakeholders from different areas of the company within in the process.

  • You have profound experience as a Product Manager and Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a proven track record of shipping and quickly iterating impactful products as well as promoting agile methodologies in product management across the full product development lifecycle.
  • You have proven knowledge of product discovery methods and techniques such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup and a strong coaching and people development ability to train, mentor and enable others to apply them in the right moment.
  • You have deep experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative data to take informed decisions. You’ve conducted user research and a/b tests and have worked closely with design, researchers, and analysts. Therefore, you’re comfortable using the right approach to navigate ambiguity.
  • You are a team player and an outstanding communicator across teams and hierarchies, comfortable with both writing and presenting to get alignment from a variety of stakeholders.
  • You have excellent troubleshooting skills to help to make the right decisions that will ultimately lead your team to a successful product.
  • You have a servant Leadership and people first mentality, help us to succeed even when you remain unseen.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
