To support our Product Team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) as parental leave replacement full-time (40 hours) with immediate effect. Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire product development and improvement process, while also being a valuable sparring partner for our product managers and developers.

  • Empower the cross-functional product team to deliver a best-in-class user experience, while also enabling users to achieve their goals by solving complex interaction problems and creating a best-in class user-centric experience.
  • Drive user research along the Engel & Völkers customer journeys to discover pain points and needs.
  • Will to use iteration and constant optimization to achieve higher quality on each step.
  • Be the go-to person for our product teams when it comes to UX & UI.
  • Participate, prepare and follow-up user research in collaboration with the user research and business strategy team.
  • You leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, translating insights into product design concepts.
  • Proactively communicate with the leadership team and other stakeholders, to keep strong connections to your peers.
  • Maintain Consistency and quality standards across products

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product design
  • Remarkable research skills and a super hands-on no-ego attitude
  • Attention to detail and willingness to go untrodden paths
  • Ability to design autonomously in an agile work environment
  • Experience in working in hybrid organizational settings across different time zones
  • Expert in Figma, experienced in working with design systems, and proficient in the use of usability testing and user research tools
  • Experience in fast-paced corporate environments is a plus
  • Very good English skills
