(Senior) Product Manager (all genders)

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.
To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager as key part of our cross-functional team of medical experts and software engineers to continuously push our product roadmap and develop a great product our users love.

• Lead a cross-functional product team of software engineers and medical experts
• Own the product backlog and translate requirements based on customer needs and business goals into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
• Work closely with software engineers to drive day-to-day product development and ensure regular, reliable, and high-quality releases
• Break down our product vision into a prioritized roadmap, considering technical constraints, business requirements, and market demands and make sure we deliver on it
• Establish and continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for product improvement

• Seeking exceptional candidates with successfully completed studies in a business or technology-related field
• Relevant experience working in product management teams. Ideally at another startup and/or B2B software company
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different internal and external stakeholders
• You are passionate about building state-of-the-art digital health products
• Excellent oral and written communication in German and English
