Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Engagement team working on personalizing the Home across platforms.

  • Focus on the outcome: translating company OKRs into more specific team KPIs, and analyzing feature-level metrics to derive targets for next areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with the other members of the (Product Designer and Engineering Manager) to prioritize opportunities, define experiments to : value , usability , feasibility , business viability , build hypotheses, prototype and scope solutions to implement.
  • Build strong partnership and collaboration with key product functions beyond the product trio (Product Analytics, Engineering, User Research, Learning Content) to discover, test and release each feature.
  • Engage the team in the discovery process, bringing the focus on the business outcomes and empathy for Babbel learners.
  • Together with the Engineering Manager, maintain a product backlog to facilitate a constant stream of valuable work for the team; continuously improve the team’s ways of working (agile ceremonies, best practices, team agreement).
  • Collaborate with other teams and functions to maintain a holistic view of the product experience.
  • Communicate decisions and releases to the rest of the company.

You have:

  • 5+ years experience in cross-functional team and mobile-first products
  • Experience in habit-forming products and/or content recommendations
  • Pragmatic approach and bias to action
  • Experience with continuous discovery
  • A track record of delivering business value
  • Experience in personalisation or recommendation systems
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
