- You lead the construction and ramp for Heraeus’ new Optics Production site.
- You define project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and deliverables in collaboration with departments and stakeholders for site’s capacity expansion.
- You develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- You effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- You estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit change order proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- You manage the internal and external resources dedicated to the fulfilment of the capacity expansion project.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Ceramics Engineering, Science or Technology or similar from an accredited college/university
- 7 years or more of experience in producing industry
- Demonstrated consistent growth in leadership or project management roles, ideally in global organization within a subsidiary or plant
- Experience within a multi-product, start-up, fact paced, technical manufacturing environment required
- Full professional proficiency Polish & English language skills, German language skills would be a plus
