As Senior Quality Engineer (m/w/d), you will be responsible for driving Quality and Continuous Improvement across Asaphus Vision.n

nTasksnn

n

  • nQuality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards;nn

n

  • nProcess Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance product quality and efficiency;nn

n

  • nAudits and Assessments: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations;nn

n

  • nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, procedures, and audit findings;nn

n

  • nTraining and Development: Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices;nn

n

  • nRisk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality and cybersecurity;nn

n

  • nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure quality objectives are met;nn

n

  • nASPICE Compliance: Ensure software development processes adhere to ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) standards, conducting regular assessments and audits;nn

n

  • nISO 21434 Compliance: Lead efforts to integrate ISO 21434 (Road Vehicles – Cybersecurity Engineering) standards into our product development lifecycle.nn

nRequirementsnn

n

  • nBachelor’s degree in software/Electronics/Systems engineering and demonstrated equivalent industry experience of a minimum 5 years;nn

n

  • nA passion for driving the adoption of quality processes;nn

n

  • nCommercial experience in defining quality assurance processes and procedures for the entire product development lifecycle e.g. for hardware and software – from innovation, concept, product development, maintenance and field monitoringnn

n

  • nexperience leading QA audits of automotive product development teamsnn

n

  • nexperience in defining and implementing QA competence management plans and QA training plans;nn

n

  • nCommercial experience, training, and working knowledge in ISO 9001 and preferrably ASPICE, PPAP, ISO/TS16949, and ISO26262; Able to discussions with Quality and Reliability professionals at Automotive Tier 1’s and OEMs; Commercial work experience in Quality Assurance within Automotive, Aviation, or other relevant regulated industries;n

  • nExperience as a Product Engineer will be an advantage;nn

  • nPassion for driving the adoption of quality processes across the organization and representing the customer views; Experience in conducting internal audits of automotive product development teams;n

  • nExperience in the Quality Engineering field;nn

  • nAbility to work effectively in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of other company members;nn
