About the role
We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to support executing and scaling campaigns across the Italian and Spanish markets. You will implement targeted campaigns tailored to market needs and target segments, making data-driven decisions and collaborating across teams. Your role will focus on driving demand, increasing Sales Opportunities, and maintaining a healthy pipeline for Sales teams. Key tasks include working closely with sales to grow the pipeline, supporting sub-regional marketing leads in campaign execution, executing a ‘local first” strategy, and optimising inbound leads.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support and Execution: Assist sub-regional marketing leads in executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for Sales teams, and measure and report on critical sales funnel metrics.
- Program Effectiveness: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to deliver full-funnel marketing programs.
- Local-First Campaign Execution: Focus on executing campaigns tailored to specific market needs and target segments.
- Market Feedback: Provide feedback to broader teams about market conditions, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement.
- Support Regional Goals: Assist in achieving EMEA-wide marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in the region.
- Team Updates: Regularly update marketing, sales, and product teams about regional customer behaviours, buying preferences, and patterns.
- Post-Campaign Reporting: Conduct post-campaign analysis to report on effectiveness and ROI, providing insights for future campaign improvements.

- Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Campaign Execution: Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performance.
