To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager to manage the entire sales process and actively shape our customer growth story from the very beginning.

  • Actively drive customer sales processes and work towards closing new deals
  • Work directly with Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success and Product to ensure a successful sales process from lead generation through customer success
  • Approach customers, qualify them, advise them until the deal is closed and ensure that customers remain enthusiastic beyond that
  • Create offers that fit customer needs and are profitable for us
  • Create sales strategies, materials and business analyses to continuously push our pipeline
  • Establish and expand your network within the clinical healthcare industry

  • Successfully completed business, technical, scientific or medical studies
  • Solid experience in B2B software sales (in healthcare sector/with hospitals a big plus)
  • Consistent record of successfully winning new customers and achieving measurable business value and customer success
  • Excellent presentation and argumentation skills to convince different stakeholder
  • Good technical understanding and/or strong interest in software products and healthcare
  • Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and good in English
