As a Sales Manager at DPM you are the first point of contact for our potential new clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Munich or remote from Germany.
You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base.
As a sales team member, you collaborate closely with other disciplines within DPM to understand our services offerings and solve the challenges of our clients in the best possible way.

… to connect with leads over various channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone (yes) or in person
… to extend our client base, identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
… to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their retention
… to shape a relevant network, attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote DPM and generate new leads.

- A degree in business or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B digital products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and German
- Drive to constantly evolve and learn new things
- Background in consulting or digital agency
- Ideally, you already bring a network of potential clients or industries and are familiar with their purchasing structures and project requirements.
