About QuantPi We founded QuantPi in 2020 as a spin-off of CISPA – Helmholtz Center for Information Security and Saarland University to ultimately enable society for a safe and self-determined co-existence with intelligent machines

Your mission
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing software solutions using data pipeline orchestration tools such as Flyte, Airflow, or similar platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth integration between our software solutions and these platforms, with a focus on performance, scalability, and automation. Your profile
- Key Responsibilities Lead the integration of our software solutions with Flyte, Airflow, and other data pipeline orchestration tools.
- Work as part of the product development team to seamlessly integrate data pipelines and operational workflows into the product’s architecture.
- Contribute to a Python-based framework to automate and scale data pipelines.
- Optimize data pipeline performance to ensure smooth operations and quick troubleshooting of issues.
- Ensure that integration follows best practices in terms of performance, scalability, and security.
- Proven experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience working with AI/ML data pipelines and understanding the needs of data-driven environments. Knowledge of AI/ML model development and testing is a bonus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with automated deployment processes for continuous integration and delivery.
- Experience in cloud-based environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for deploying, managing, and scaling data pipeline orchestration workflows is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve software issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
