  • Close collaboration with international internal stakeholders (e.g. country CX and product teams, data privacy/legal-, HR- and Marketing team, etc.)
  • Prioritization, assignment and execution of international CX projects
  • Prioritization and assignment of international survey feature/change requests
  • Providing clarifications, answering questions, and ensuring a shared understanding of the business requirements for CX Feedback Management Platform
  • Defining actions for the Feedback Management Platform and assigning the actions to related stakeholders
  • Supporting the execution, when it’s needed

  • Ideally Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Customer Experience, Marketing, or Market/consumer research
  • Experience in working with technical product teams
  • Experience with the tools JIRA and Confluence.
  • Good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
  • Ideally, practical experience in the field of Customer Experience/Insights or Market Research or Marketing or Product Management
  • Understanding of different data resources / data flows
  • Knowledge on the data formats (JSON, CSV etc.)
  • Communication skills: Effectively Collaborate with different Stakeholders
  • Ability of gathering, analyzing and prioritizing the needs, business requirements
  • Customer-Centric Mindset
  • Ideally First practical experience in the field of Customer Experience/Insights, Market Research, Marketing
  • Proactive approach to work
