The OpportunityYou will be part of our Nordic Support team and work closely with other departments in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, ensuring our Customer Service live up to our high standard of quality. As a Senior Support Agent, you will act as a resource for our partners, offering guidance and technical expertise to help them help our mutual customers. Being part of this team, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a productive and beneficial relationship with our partners, larger customers, and colleagues. Day-to-Day Responsibilities First Point of Contact for Customers and Partners Handle incoming emails and phone calls Perform outbound emails and phone calls Technical troubleshooting of our products Administrative tasks related to customer agreements, technical setups, and ad hoc tasks Who Are We Looking For People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people who make things happen, and build strong collaborations. In practice this means that you: Are proficient in Danish and English Perhaps even master Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish?
