We’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter (f/m/x) to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

Strategic Recruitment:

  • Independently design and execute effective recruitment strategies for a variety of technical roles.
  • Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Deeply understand the business strategy and align your recruitment efforts with the company’s overall goals.

Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technical roles.
  • Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to anticipate future hiring needs.

Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making to optimize recruitment strategies and achieve hiring goals.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide insights into the talent market, and advise on best practices.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support.

Mentorship:

  • Mentor more junior recruiters on effective interviewing techniques and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in designing and executing strategic recruitment plans for technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the technical talent market and various sourcing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in a dynamic and adaptive environment
