We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join our team in our Mannheim office.

The Service Technician will be responsible for our energy base devices business for DACH countries, you will support the technical service of all Sinclair clients in Germany. Leading our technical service desk, including documenting, training, and supporting our clients.

- Handling Return Material Authorization,
- Service kit preparation and new operation guidelines
- Prepare service manual
- Prepare service price list
- Prepare troubleshooting and handling documentation
- Train account manager to handle basic troubleshooting and technicall case Harding
- Authority on decision regarding technical solution.
- Fill in all documentation as needed
- Support the technical service of all Sinclair clients in Germany.
- Facilitate the process of warranty claims, parts selling and service contracts.
- Manage and control of the parts inventories in Germany..
- Plan & execute for the repairing hub in Germany.
- Directs service forecasting for Germany and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding country service objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop quarterly, monthly and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and repair processes.
- Coaches FSE selling capabilities to increase contract sales.
- Manages performance and provides feedback in a timely manner.
- Participates in the interview and selection of new FSE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with FSE that enable collaborative efforts to be utilized.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding with the Sinclair products and of competitive products and positioning.
- Analysis and controls expenses of the region to conform to budgetary guidelines.
- Routinely conducts quality control checks to ensure inspections and maintenance is performed as Sinclair’s specifications.
- Responsible for the creation, distribution, and management of all repair work orders ensuring repair/maintenance is prioritized based on scheduled need.
- To ensure the service is performed as the Sinclair specifications.
- To measure and manage KPIs and SLAs and track performance against targets.
- Design, develop, and document departmental processes.

Your skills and experience
Essential:
- Electronic or Mechanical practical engineer
- Ability to travel at least 25%
- Fluent German & good understanding of basic English
- Experience in the use of CRM platforms.
Desirable:
- 1-2 years in similar position is preferred
- Aesthetic Industry experience is strongly desired, ideally within Energy Based Device
