  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of approximately ~15 software development engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Be the driving force behind the user experience for our CMX Callbox applications, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and powerful interfaces.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle – from conception and design to implementation and deployment – for Web-based and SCPI front-end applications, alongside the essential back-end infrastructure to control the CMX500 Callbox applications.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Application Engineers to define compelling user journeys and translate market needs into impactful features.
  • Cultivate a flexible and effective team adept at navigating change and delivering high-quality software through modern agile methodologies.
  • Foster a highly collaborative environment within your team, across interfacing teams and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and shared success.

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or a closely related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing software engineering teams, with a strong track record of fostering technical excellence and empowering individual growth.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with modern Web technologies, such as Angular, React, or similar frameworks, and proficiency in a back-end languages like C++, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing).
  • A passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with mobile radio standards (e.g., 3GPP 5G/4G, WiFi) and the underlying technologies.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines and organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. German language skills are a plus.
