About keylight
Company
- Work on customer projects to ensure their success with keylight’s subscription business platform.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and work closely with the project manager and software engineers.
- Configure keylight’s product and conduct tests on solutions for and with customers.
- Identify potential issues between systems and client specifications, and propose new solutions.
- Monitor solution implementation progress to meet project deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise business systems like CRMs or ERPs, including Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft. A background in billing, payments, or finance processes is highly beneficial.
- Proven technical aptitude and comfort in understanding web-based applications, infrastructure, architecture, security, and integration concepts.
- Experience in customer-facing solution delivery and/or consulting.
- Knowledge of database design and data architecture.
- Experience in project management cycles and tools.
