As a Splunk Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Splunk ecosystem to address business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in Splunk development, scripting, and integration to build scalable and robust applications, dashboards, and automation workflows that enable effective data analysis, monitoring, and visualization:

■ Creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Splunk’s dashboarding and visualization capabilities.

■ Implementation of field extractions, event categorization, and data normalization techniques to ensure accurate and consistent data representation.

■ Conducting performance testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

■ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards by enforcing data governance and access policies.

■ You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

■ You have proven experience as a Splunk Developer or Developer, with hands-on experience developing applications, dashboards, and custom solutions. Hands-on experience in developing Splunk applications is an added advantage.

■ You are proficient in Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL), scripting, and REST API integration.

■ You are familiar with software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices.

■ You have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and log management principles.

■ You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

■ You have a very strong command in English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills, and experience in international collaboration.
