- nAs a Product Manager for our online shop, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey across all platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).nn

- nYou’ll own the business case for your product, define its vision, and translate strategy into impactful features.nn

- nYou’ll serve as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding your product.nn

- nYou’ll lead the product discovery process, focusing on identifying the right problems to solve (the WHAT).nn

- nYou’ll ensure seamless collaboration within your team, aligning product design, UI/UX, and software engineering to determine the HOW.nn
n
- nYou’ll manage a prioritized roadmap with clear milestones, delivering features based on business impact.nn
n
- nYou’ll embrace agility by continuously refining your strategy and roadmap through frequent testing and user feedback.nn
n
- nYou’ll create and maintain discovery artifacts to inform the team’s backlog and user stories.nn
n
- nYou’ll drive product improvements through actionable insights derived from meaningful data.nn
n
- nProven experience: Several years of experience with a strong track record in building user-facing tech products within an agile team, ideally in the tech industry.nn
n
- nProduct discovery expertise: Deep understanding of product discovery methodologies, tools, and practices, with experience delivering in a ‘dual-track agile’ model.nn
n
- nDesign Thinking knowledge: Familiarity with and ability to apply Design Thinking principles effectively.nn
n
- nData-driven decision-making: Expertise in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive impactful decisions.nn
n
- nTechnical skills: Ability to write technical requirements (e.g., Epics, User Stories), develop business models, and define operational requirements and processes.nn
n
- nOutstanding communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences.nn
n
- nDetail-oriented and collaborative: A keen eye for detail and the ability to inspire and educate others through clear explanations.nn
n
- nAdaptability: Thrive in highly dynamic, uncertain, and sometimes volatile environments, embracing agility and change.nn
