We are currently hiring for our Subway® location on a U.S. military base.

Your Role with UsAs a Store Manager, you are the heart of the restaurant. You are responsible for the overall success of your location – from sales and profitability to delivering outstanding guest service. Your responsibilities will include:- Recruiting, onboarding, and training staff
– Creating and managing employee schedules
– Receiving deliveries and managing inventory
– Cash handling and daily banking tasks
– Preparing reports on inventory and sales
– Ensuring compliance with all Subway® standards and external regulations
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
– Implementing marketing campaigns and local promotions
– Ensuring the safety of staff and guests
– Handling guest complaints and maintaining high service standards

You may already have experience in retail, catering, as a store or restaurant manager, supervisor, or in a similar leadership role. If you’re currently working in the quick service or retail sector and looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
