  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Find long-lasting, high-ROI alliances that contribute to VARM’s growth objectives
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities based on market trends, ensuring we are staying ahead in the industry
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Establish strong relationships with partners, creating ongoing win-win situations that support sustained growthOptimize Existing Alliances: Analyze and enhance our current partnerships, driving continuous improvement and innovation to maximize their value.

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a focus on strategic partnerships and a track record of developing and launching successful partnerships. Ideally you bring an extensive network in the energy, real-estate and/or installer space. You have been part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can deal with various topics simultaneously
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top university, or comparable experience in a relevant field
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the energy market and related technologies, capable of identifying and evaluating potential partnerships
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills for creative problem-solving
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build lasting relationships
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer-oriented approach and a strong drive for resultsLanguage Proficiency: Fluent in German and proficient in English
