Today, we have a growing pipeline of prodrug therapies in development, each designed to be a best-in-class therapy. We are seeking a student assistant to join our ESG team, where you will support with further strengthening our ESG reporting through effective data collection and management. In this role you will help establish processes to meet new regulatory requirements and will get a chance to shape the future of our non-financial reporting. You will join a team of 7 dedicated colleagues, working within Compliance and Data Privacy, Risk Management, and ESG. Your main tasks will be: Contributing to the collection and validation of non-financial data Standardizing and documenting our ESG data collection procedures for assurance purposes Assisting in developing sustainability content for our Sustainability Statement Monitoring current and emerging sustainability reporting expectations and requirements Your qualifications Ideally, you are in the first year of your Master’s studies in finance, business administration, accounting or another relevant field. Most importantly, you are passionate about corporate sustainability, eager to deepen your understanding of ESG reporting within an international company, and ready to contribute from day one. You are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, especially as we prepare to meet the evolving requirements of 2025. Furthermore, you have: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (familiarity with PowerBI is a plus) Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Fluency in English, both verbal and written Understanding of the CSRD is a plus Hours: two days per week, approx. 15 hours in total.
