nAs the Student Coordinator of the ReDI Kids Program in Berlin, you will be part of the ReDI Kids Program, which provides digital education to kids and youth from underserved and marginalised communities in order to foster inclusion. As part of your role, you will contribute to the operations and strategic development of the program and work closely in a team of 3 people and a wonderful community of volunteers.nn

nYour areas of responsibility will include the recruitment and coordination of the community (students and their families), partnerships management, on-site support during the classes, and back-office tasks.nn

nRecruiting and selecting students for our Sunday courses, Workshops, and Holiday camps.nn

nCommunicating with parents and managing student attendance.nn
n
nUpdating and maintaining student data on Salesforce, ensuring accurate records.nn

nSupporting on site events, such as Sunday classes and Holiday camps.nn
n
nCoordinating logistics for holiday camps and working with educational partners.nn
n
nMonitoring program outcomes and recommending improvements.nn
n
nBuilding partnerships with educational institutions and tech companies to expand program reach.nn

Language: German and English requiredn
