The impact you will make

More specifically, you will:h.

  • Contribute to achieving project timelines and in-time deliveries of experimental equipment to multiple international facilities as part of project teams
  • Be responsible for setting up efficient logistics processes to ensure that experiments and projects can be performed in time and quality
  • Develop digital & easy-to-use tracking and tracing procedures for experimental devices and components
  • Involved in the order-2-pay process, supplier selection, and risk management assessments
  • Ensure that our workshop and storage space are organized in an efficient way

  • University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable studies. Ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • A high level of diligence, quality awareness, independence, and service-orientation
  • Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP-Systems (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You are financially aware and have a can-do attitude
  • You work in a team-orientated and communicative manner
