Our department is responsible for managing production at the Sindelfingen plant and the supply chains. In the Supply Chain Executive (MO/SC), data preparation and provision – as well as digitization projects – are of high importance.
We rely on the latest technologies and data analyses to optimally control the production of the Sindelfingen plant. For us, data-driven processes are the heart of supply chain management and crucial for the company’s success. Data architects, data engineers, data analysts and data scientists work together with logistics experts to develop solutions that control production, optimize supply chains, minimize risks and increase efficiency. We work in a dynamic environment that constantly offers new challenges and promotes innovation.
Our teams consist of highly qualified professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, all sharing a passion for data and supply chain management in a global and dynamic context. The tasks include holistic planning, development and implementation of processes. You actively contribute to digitization projects, work in agile data product teams and make a valuable contribution to the development of data products. Additionally, the scope of tasks includes the further development of a value stream-oriented digitization strategy. Ideally, you bring the following:
- Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, business informatics, business analytics or a comparable field
- Knowledge of modern data modeling methods and architecture patterns, database paradigms, data-related programming languages (e.g. Python, R), big data technologies (MS Azure Cloud Tech Stack, e.g. Data Factory, Databricks), data compliance guidelines (e.g. GDPR) and interface technologies (e.g. REST)
- Familiarity with mathematical modeling, machine learning and statistical analyses is desirable
- Knowledge of logistics processes in a production-related environment is desirable
- Analytical and conceptual skills for problem-solving in the interest of the company
- Interpersonal skills: team and conflict resolution skills, communication and moderation skills in agile projects (e.g., SCRUM, Safe) and high social and intercultural competence
- Performance orientation: assertiveness, independence, reliability, commitment, result and goal orientation
