As we continue to grow, we are looking for a suitable candidate for our Supply Chain Planner Specialist for Claims Management (m/f/d) position in our France office in Marckolsheim.

  • Follow up on claims related to Hyundai Connect, linking claims to the responsible carriers for Spot transportation
  • Provide customer support in resolving conflicts between carriers and dealers
  • Maintain and update the fleet damage tracking file with accurate, real-time information
  • Ensure logistics service providers (LSP) manage damage claims as quickly as possible, minimizing delays
  • For Fos, coordinate damage repairs with the appropriate repair shop (WHS)
  • Track and update files to monitor FPR (Finished Product Repair) damages
  • Follow up with compounds to ensure timely repairs of damages and minimize delays
  • Update files to track compound damages and monitor progress
  • Offer prompt feedback to customers if vehicles are delayed due to damage, providing clear explanations and solutions
  • Support LSPs as needed to handle claims effectively and efficiently
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly meetings with Hyundai & Kia, including file preparation and responding to inquiries during the meeting

  • Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics, claims management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution between multiple parties (e.g., customers, carriers, and dealers)
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with vehicle damage repair processes and logistics operations
