Turbit Systems develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.

We are seeking a motivated System Administrator/Platform/Site Reliability to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platforms and services. You will work closely with development teams to integrate best practices and robust solutions into our development and deployment pipelines.   • Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD automation tools, monitoring, and operations.
  • Write test-driven infrastructure as code.
  • Setting up IoT devices.
  • Learn more about the operation of wind turbines by gaining deep insights into their data.
  • Support our Engineering team and contribute directly to customer projects.
  • Have an impact on thousands of wind turbines in Europe and beyond.

Requirements

You have solid knowledge/understanding of:

  • Linux systems, Networking and Containers
  • Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
  • Infrastructure as code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
  • CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Gitlab)
  • Knowledge of the following is a plus:
  • Experience with IoT devices (e.g. Drones, sensors)
  • Container orchestration systems (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker swarm)
  • Message brokers (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Soft skills:

  • In critical situations, you keep calm and think before you act.
  • You love analytical thinking and have shown in the past that you are very good at it.
  • You are passionate about renewable energy and want to start a career as a Platform/SR/DevOps Engineer.
  • You are excellent in written and spoken English.
  • You have an open personality and positive charisma.

Nice to have:

  • A master’s degree not later than 2 years ago in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
