As a member of the SeaRenergy group, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, Elbe1 is a leading consultancy company specialized in the development and construction of offshore wind and renewable energy projects. Our company provides a wide array of services that cater to the different project phases – EPCI project management, technical/strategic advisory, market requirements and intelligence, due diligence, benchmarking, as well as technical and processual compliance for offshore wind and renewable energy projects.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify system deficiencies on offshore platforms and support structures.

Evaluate reported malfunctions or inefficiencies.

Ensure compliance with offshore industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Design and implement solutions to address system flaws.

Support corrective maintenance and retrofit projects.

Coordinate with maintenance teams and suppliers for timely repairs and replacements.

Diagnose and resolve complex system anomalies.
-
Maintain detailed records of system irregularities, corrective actions, and evaluations.

Ensure corrective measures comply with industry regulations and safety standards.

Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors, and platform operators for effective corrective measures.

Advise on and implement preventive measures to minimize future deficiencies.

Design auxiliary elements of offshore structures and oversee contractor work.

Review auxiliary system designs for next-generation offshore platforms.

Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Electrical Engineering background is a plus

Experience in the field of HVAC, firefighting/rescue equipment or offshore living quarters and other auxiliary systems is a plus

Deep understanding of offshore platform operations, technologies, and safety standards

Proficiency in German (B2 level) and English (C1 level) is required

Willingness to travel (around 25%)

Offshore safety training (GWO) would be an advantage
