nAs a Talent Acquisition Associate (Working Student) in the DACH-region, you will focus on supporting the local managers in Germany with recruitments to our warehouses in the region. In this role you will work from our Berlin office. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end in recruitments, and work continuously to advise and coach them in all areas of talent acquisition. This will include:n

  • nDriving high volume recruitments from start to finish across the DACH-regionnn

n

  • nCollaborating directly with hiring managers and other stakeholders, and continuously support them in all areas relating to talent acquisition in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentnn

  • nManaging communications with candidates to ensure a great candidate experiencenn

n

  • nCollaborating closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to continue to improve the hiring process and pipeline in the regionnn

  • n1-3 years of experience working with high volume recruitmentsnn

  • nFull professional fluency in German and Englishnn

  • nExperience from independently managing communication with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholdersnn

  • nThis position is a 6 month part-time working student contractnn
