Deine Aufgaben

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Utimaco, you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you’ll be a talent architect, a creative strategist, and a change-maker. Your mission includes:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Perform Active Sourcing, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels
• Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates’ qualifications match the job requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, job boards, and other recruitment sources
• Support in the development and improvement of recruitment processes.

Dein Profil

We are looking for a candidate who brings both expertise and innovation to our team. Your profile should include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional experience in Direct Search/Active Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Management
• A passion and high level of motivation for the world of recruitment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
• Team player with a cooperative, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to drive projects independently
