In this role, you will be responsible for managing Freight Forwarding Tariff & Tender related to the European Region. If you have a strong background in logistics and procurement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for strategic planning, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Tariff Management:

  • Source & Analyse information about new suppliers and forwarders
  • Supplier Qualification / Due Diligence Process
  • Tariff Procurement, Structuring, Maintenance, and Updates
  • Supplier Onboarding and Relationship Management
  • Contract Management and Vendor Evaluation
  • Market Screening & Regular Reporting
  • Inter-department communication & alignment

Tender Management:

  • Joint Tender Definition aligned with Sales & Product
  • Strategic Focus alignment with Sales & Product
  • Tender Process Set-up, Execution, and Moderation
  • Customer/Supplier Condition review
  • Agent Network Management
  • Stakeholder Management and Interest alignment

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Structured and effective working with very strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong Analytical and logical thinking abilities
  • Networking and Alliance Building capabilities
  • Ability to efficiently manage tariffs and tenders and support other groups smoothly
  • Good knowledge about the logistics market/field and procurement/tendering process
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work in a multicultural environment
  • Completed training or studies in business administration or logistics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
