YOUR MISSION:

As the Team Lead for Agent Integration Engineering in EMEA , you’ll apply your deep technical expertise to guide stakeholders through complex integrations and service implementations. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of (Senior) Agent Integration Engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects while shaping the team’s structure and strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring scalable solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Agent Integration Engineering, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class solutions across the region n.
