CLADE offers a uniquely precise spectroscopy technology for a wide range of applications. This technology differs in its speed, efficiency and reproducibility compared to conventional complex laboratory analysis. Our product concept consists of a hardware component – our MIRA Analyzer, which performs chemical analysis in liquid environments using infrared spectroscopy within minutes. We can thus produce a digital fingerprint of a liquid in a short time. With our customized applications – our software component Sphere, we can selectively filter the acquired data using pattern recognition and algorithms and prepare it for further processing.

As Team Lead Cloud & Infrastructure (m/f/d) you will be significantly involved in the further development of our software solutions for bioanalytical devices and services. • leading a team of 4 engineers and testers focused on the development of cloud applications which includes individual coaching, performance reviews, and supporting their career progression.
• working closely with the Head of Software Engineering and Tech Leads to align the team efforts with the overall product roadmap and objectives.
• overseeing and participating in the creation of a self-hosted option to our existing cloud application, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.
• enhancing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery and quality.
• participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes such as OKRs and leadership meetings.
• staying current with industry trends and advancements in cloud computing and deployment technologies.

• You have experience in cloud application development, deployment and maintenance.
• You know your way around Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux.
• You have experience with site reliability engineering, leveraging technologies such as Kubernetes and Helm.
• You possess proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and optimization, ideally with GitLab.
• You would like to apply and improve your leadership qualities in a technical role
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across domains and departments.
• You have a hands-on attitude and want to be actively involved in shaping things
• You have very good written and spoken English. German skills are a plus.
