Our Energy Assets team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

  • Ensuring P2A readiness for Maintenance in terms of processes, systems, tools and information (12 Gate Model)
  • Expanding Maintenance Department standards and requirements to other technologies within the current portfolio and new built assets in the future
  • Aligning and delivering the enhancements of current tools and processes for other technologies and new built assets (Maintenance KPIs, MSPT, CMMS tool of choice, Mobile Apps etc…)
  • Working on to populate the Maintenance Department’s offerings to the existing assets.
  • Project Management of new enhancements for SAP and Mobile Apps in parallel to COODE initiatives and acting as the Portfolio Manager for COODE
  • Managing continuous improvement and support for Maintenance KPIs Dashboard
  • Focusing on Performance Reporting of the Maintenance Department and COODE initiatives that will be needed with new technologies.
  • Being the frontrunner of digital evolution for the entire team with enhancements from or for the other two teams within Maintenance Department

  • Relevant university degree in engineering or science
  • Demonstrate working according to the Uniper Way
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills essential, experience in project management advantageous/preferable
  • Demonstrate a strategic understanding of energy market trends and customer strategy and requirements
  • Relevant operational experience and technical competence in management of similar assets/business processes
  • Demonstrate success in developing maintenance strategies or concepts for the capital-intensive industry
  • Demonstrate Business acumen
  • Ability to influence across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries and managing cultural diversity
  • Willingness to undertake international travel
  • Ability to build, develop and motivate high performance teams
  • Business fluency in English and German is desirable
