For our location in Aalen Wasseralfingen, we are looking for a committed and open-minded team leader (m/f/d) for programming and commissioning to start as soon as possible.
- Technical and disciplinary management of approx. 10 employees in the areas of PLC programming and commissioning
- Management of hardware and software projects in compliance with time, budget and quality requirements
- Responsible for the successful implementation of projects with direct reporting to the Head of Construction and Electrical Engineering
- Tracking current trends in software development for machine tool construction
- Design and implementation of new development projects in the field of digitization of machines
- You have completed vocational training as a technician or engineer, have professional experience in the field or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of machine guidelines
- Experience in the use of Siemens and/or Heidenhain machine control programming
- Good knowledge of English
- Confident appearance, leadership qualities and a structured way of working
