Technical Lead (m/w/d)

I’m looking for an experienced Technical Lead to oversee Technical Services across 5 hotels in Frankfurt and Munich. In this role, you will take responsibility for facility management, ensure technical compliance, and lead a team while driving efficiency, cost optimisation, and long-term improvements.
– Oversee Technical Services across 5 hotels in Frankfurt and Munich
– Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, and modernisation projects
– Monitor budgets, optimise costs, and implement efficiency measures
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with technical standards
– Act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues
– Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on strategic projects

– Degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in technical services, engineering, or facility management
– Several years of experience in technical or facility leadership, ideally within hospitality or large-scale operations
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
– Solid knowledge of budgeting, project management, and process optimisation
– Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage

€75k per month + 15% bonus .
