Description
- You will lead one or more of our software development projects in collaboration with one of our Tech Leads, taking responsibility for the entire project cycle from planning to completion.
- In close coordination with our clients, you will gather requirements, develop concepts, and translate them into applications that meet user needs.
- You will leverage our proven Sidestream processes across all project phases and utilize the expertise of our internal specialists to efficiently manage projects.
- You will lead teams of 2-5 software developers (all in-house in Germany) and ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
- You will create and maintain tasks on GitHub, conduct functional reviews, and depending on your strengths, delve deep into technical aspects such as mastering the command line.
- You will mentor several junior developers, conduct feedback sessions, and support their development.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g., in a software development agency or digital consultancy.
- You are hands-on, organized, and have strong communication skills.
- You have a deep understanding of software products.
- Optional: Previous experience as a software developer.
- Very good German and English skills to communicate effectively with our entire team.
