We collaborate closely with all other pillars of People & Culture – People Operations, People Partners and Workplace & Community. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter with a pulse on Berlin’s tech landscape. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle, focusing on tech roles while also being open to flex across different areas as needed. Beyond hiring, you’ll work on projects that empower hiring managers through training and process improvement.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own and drive all aspects of the hiring life cycle
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering and Product to develop creative strategies and streamlined processes that identify the right talent for Talon.One
- Use innovative and creative sourcing techniques to spot, attract, and engage top talent
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Analyze pipeline health with data, keeping stakeholders in the loop and making informed decisions to optimize the hiring process
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, understanding how our ATS and data storage impact reporting and hiring insights
- At least 3 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in the tech industry; additional agency experience is a plus
- You know how to source, engage and close top Engineering and Product talent
- Experience working with ATS systems (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to advise and build trust with stakeholders across all levels of seniority
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others
- Outstanding skills in time management and prioritization
- A mindset of resilience and flexibility in a fast-moving environment
