  • Manage the servicing of Infection Prevention (IP) products from the technical point-of-view throughout the entire service lifecycle – from launches via modifications to end-of-life – across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)
  • Define the technical standard for service activities in line with the requirements from legal manufacturer of IP products
  • Closely interact/collaborate with the field service organization across EMEA that performs the service activities at the customers’ site (e.g., preventive inspections/maintenance, repairs)
  • Understand the challenges of both, legal manufacturers who define the requirements for service activities as well as Field Service Technicians who perform the service activities, and strive for pragmatic and service-oriented solutions for customers
  • Cooperate with regional leads from the field service organization, leverage local initiatives and drive expansion of service activities (e.g., hygiene services)
  • Monitor the performance and quality of IP products in the market and share insights with legal manufacturers to foster continuous improvement

  • Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or similar with technical focus
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in service-oriented business areas
  • Product knowledge of IP products beneficial
  • Experience in international and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinking and structured decision-making
  • Strong communication and effective collaboration skills with a sense for stakeholder management
  • Service-oriented mindset and empathetic being
  • Proactive behavior and intrinsic drive for own responsibilities
